Payment Timing
The first month's fee is paid as a one-time payment upon service application.
From the second month onward, the subscription fee is charged automatically each month.
The billing start date is as follows:
- If the production is completed within one month from the first payment date: the first payment date will be the reference date.
- If the production takes more than one month from the first payment date: the delivery date will be the reference date.

Delivery Time
As a general rule, within 3-5 weeks after receiving the required information (see Terms of Service) -
Refunds / Cancellation Conditions
- As this service is a subscription-based web production service, refunds cannot be provided after production has started.
- If you wish to cancel the subscription, please notify us at least 2 months prior to the next billing date.
- Example: If the billing date is the 10th of each month, a cancellation notice by May 10 will result in service provision and payment obligations continuing until the July 10 billing.
- Billing will be stopped from the following month onward.
